Golden Metal begins trading on OTCQB

Golden Metal Resources plc was earlier today admitted to trading on the OTCQB venture market, targeting new investors in the United States.

NEVADA

The company, which continues to trade on AIM, said it had issued no new ordinary shares through the process.

Golden Metal owns five projects in Nevada focused on base and precious metals, lithium and tungsten.

The Oil and Gas Authority (OGA) said it had opened an investigation into a possible breach of reporting requirements under a licence.  The investigation follows an enquiry which concluded that there was sufficient evidence of a breach to go ahead.
