NeoTerra Group plc has appointed Rémy Welschinger as non-executive chairman, replacing Harvey Sinclair, effective from 1 November 2026.

The exploration and development company owns the Monte Muambe rare earth elements-fluorspar-gallium project in Mozambique and the Sesana copper-silver project in Botswana.

“I am proud of the work we have undertaken together and grateful for the support of our shareholders, fellow board members and advisers.

“I remain supportive of the company’s strategy and, as a shareholder, look forward to following its progress.”

NeoTerra added: “The board wishes to recognise Harvey’s contribution during his tenure.

“He has brought commercial leadership, strategic perspective and a strong commitment to shareholder interests, supporting the company’s strategic development and constructive engagement with shareholders and advisers.”

“On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Harvey for his leadership, commitment and valuable contribution to NeoTerra,” said CEO Cédric Simonet.

“We are grateful for his contribution and his support in ensuring an orderly handover. Harvey leaves with our sincere appreciation and best wishes for his continued success.”
