United Oil & Gas plc has issued five million new ordinary shares of £0.00001 each following notice to exercise warrants at £0.0015 per share, for £7,500.

The warrants were issued as part of the company’s fundraising in December 2024.
Following admission, United’s total voting rights will be 2,068,877,779.
The company holds the Walton Morant licence offshore Jamaica and a 26.25% working interest in the Waddock Cross onshore oil field in Dorset, UK.
