UEE changes name and focus

Uranium Energy Exploration plc has changed its name to The Smarter Web Company, focused on business and domestic software development.

DIRECTORS

UEE was established by Power Metal Resources plc as a potential listed company for part or all of its portfolio in Saskatchewan, Canada.

The licences instead became part of a joint venture, Fermi Exploration Ltd, following an £10 million investment from UCAM Ltd for a 70% share.

Smarter Web’s directors remain Tyler Evans, Mario Visconti, Power Metal chief executive officer and Focus Xplore chairman Sean Wade, and Andrew Webley.

Companies House recorded the change of name as effective on 25 April 2025.
