Guardian Metal Resources plc has issued 1,027,748 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the company following notices to exercise warrants for £174,717.16.
The warrant shares, issued on 25 April, each have an exercise price of 17 pence.
Following admission, the company’s issued share capital will comprise 130,881,879 ordinary shares of one pence each.
The figure also represents Guardian’s total voting rights.
