Mr Oza, along with persons closely associated with him, now owns 298,720,298 ordinary shares, representing 2.93% of the company’s issued share capital.
Stephen Williams bought 90,906,363 ordinary shares each at 0.055 pence for £49,998.
Mr Williams, and persons closely associated with him, now owns 178,211,060 ordinary shares (1.75%).
