Borders NED acquires 122,807 shares

Borders & Southern Petroleum plc non-executive director William Hodson has acquired 122,807 ordinary shares of 1p in the company at 6.7p per ordinary share.

The purchase on 16 June 2025 now gives Mr Hodson an interest in the company of one million shares or 0.11% of the total issued.

Borders holds oil and gas appraisal and exploration assets, including the Darwin gas condensate discovery, offshore the Falkland Islands.

Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc chief executive officer William Holland has bought 781,767 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the company at an average price of 1.198 pence per ordinary share. Following the purchase, Mr Holland is beneficially interested in a total 2,090,124 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.218% of the company’s issued share capital.
