Power Metal Resources plc aims to attract American investors by applying for an OTC listing in the USA.
EXPLORATION
The company added it was accelerating exploration across its Athabasca uranium interests in Saskatchewan, Canada, and the Tati gold fields project in Botswana.
In its company results, Power Metal reported an increase in audited shareholder equity from £10.2 million, as at 30 September 2022, to an unaudited figure of £15.5m as at 30 June 2023, while its gross assets rose from £10.7m to £15.8m.
