Strategic director buys 395,000 shares

Strategic Minerals plc executive director Mark Burnett has bought 395,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p nominal value at a price of 6.3p per share.

The £24,885 purchase on 29 September 2026 takes Mr Burnett’s interest in the company to approximately 0.01% of its issued share capital.

Strategic owns the distribution rights to the Cobre magnetite mine stockpile in New Mexico, is in the process of selling the Leigh Creek copper mine in Australia, and is parent to subsidiary Cornwall Resources Ltd which is progressing the Redmoor tin-tungsten-copper project in East Cornwall.
