Tungsten West plc non-executive directors Adrian Bougourd and Martin Wood have stepped down, with immediate effect.
Chairman Stephen Harrison said: “On behalf of the board and our shareholders, I would like to thank Adrian and Martin for their significant contribution and commitment to Tungsten West during a period of rapid change.”
“I am immensely proud of what the team has achieved in recent years. Hemerdon is a world class project with enormous potential,” said Mr Bougourd.
Mr Wood added: “It has been a privilege to serve on the board during four years of significant progress and change.”
Tungsten West is preparing to restart its Hemerdon tungsten-tin mine near the village of Plympton, northeast of Plymouth in Devon.
