Power Metal Resources plc bought 51,300 of its own ordinary shares of two pence each at a price of 15.2p per ordinary share.

The 21 January purchase was followed by that on 26 January 2026 of 250,000 ordinary shares.
All the acquired shares will be held in treasury, which now has 1,994,161 shares.
Following the acquisitions, Power Metal’s issued share capital, excluding shares held in treasury, totals 113,616,276, with voting rights.
The company holds multi-metal exploration projects in North America, Africa, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Australia as well as investments.
