Power Metal Resources plc chief executive officer Sean Wade has become a director of Apex Royalties Ltd, in which the explorer and project incubator last year invested £4 million.

The new mining royalty firm holds a 1.5% net smelter royalty over the Tempiute mine and mill tungsten project as well as a 2% gross revenue retention over Pilot Mountain, both in Nevada, USA.
The projects are owned by Power Metal’s spin-out Guardian Metal Resources plc.
In August 2025, Power Metal sold its remaining shares in Guardian for £13,584,904 cash.
