Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc has issued a total of 11,856,629 ordinary shares in the company to two of its directors, following approval at the 30 December 2025 general meeting.

Non-executive chairman Bo Krøll will receive 7,803,546 ordinary shares of £0.01 each, taking his holding to 75,555,048, representing 7.78% of the enlarged issued share capital.
Chief executive officer William Holland will receive 4,053,083 ordinary shares, to hold 12,718,794 ordinary shares, equal to 1.31%, along with 25,599,840 options over ordinary shares.
Following admission, Europa’s issued share capital will comprise 971,040,807 ordinary shares.
The company holds oil and gas interests onshore UK and offshore Equatorial Guinea and Ireland.
