Paladar Trading Ltd, which owns the Lochinvar trio of coal licences, has appointed Alastair Adams as a director.
Companies House recorded the appointment effective from 4 November 2025.
Paladar acquired the coking coal project from Australian miner, New Age Exploration Ltd, in July 2024.
Lochinvar comprises three exploration and conditional underground mining licences of Lochinvar, Lochinvar North and Lochinvar South, near the border of Scotland and England.
