Arkle Resources plc will issue 35,000,009 ordinary shares of €0.0025 each, following the exercise of warrants at 0.3 pence per share, for £105,000.
On admission, the company’s total issued share capital will comprise 1,630,311,006 ordinary shares, equal to the total number of voting rights.
Arkle is focused on uranium exploration in Namibia and also holds zinc-lead interests in Ireland and lithium in Botswana.
