Oriole completes first tranche of salary sacrifice

Oriole Resources plc said it had completed the first tranche of the salary sacrifice scheme to advance the company’s Central Licence Package and the Bibemi projects in Cameroon.

SHARE CAPITAL

The company added that a £21,000 had been converted at 0.205 pence to 6,576,192 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each.

Following the issue of the shares, the directors will collectively hold 2.26% of the issued share capital of the company.
