South African owner of the Cononish gold mine, located in the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park, has changed its name from Acrux Holdings Ltd to Acrux Gold Ltd.
Part of the Acrux Resources, the group includes Acrux Sorting Technologies which made a strategic investment in the mine, previously owned by Scotgold Resources Ltd.
Operations at the Scottish gold-silver mine halted in 2023 following poor gold grades and action over a loan agreement from major creditor Bridge Barn Ltd.
