Metals Exploration plc non-executive director Rob Marshall and a person closely associated with him have purchased in total 827,314 ordinary shares of £0.0001 in the company.
On 21 May Mr Marshall bought 307,314 ordinary shares, each at a price of £0.0766, and on 22 May his PCA bought 520,000 ordinary shares, each at £0.0765.
Following the acquisitions, Mr Marshall and his PCA have an aggregate interest in 8,648,242 ordinary shares, representing 0.33% of Metals’ current total voting rights.
The company holds gold exploration, development and mining assets in the Philippines and Nicaragua.
