Critical Mineral Resources plc has appointed Russell Tucker as a non-executive director, with effect from 27 May 2025.
Mr Tucker has more than 10 years’ experience in mining investment and corporate finance.
He began his career at South African boutique mining advisory firm, Qinisele Resources, advising on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and restructuring.
Mr Tucker more recently held senior roles in private equity and investment groups.
He is a chartered global management accountant and holds an MBA from Hult International Business School.
Mr Tucker currently has no beneficial interest in the shares of Morocco-focused CMR.
