Kavango Resources plc chairman and interim chief executive officer Peter Wynter Bee has increased his holdings in the company with share purchases.

On 8 January 2025, Mr Wynter Bee bought 4,502,662 new ordinary shares, each at a price of 0.00761 pence, for a total £34,265.26.
A TR-1 notification from 7 January shows that Wynter Bee Resources Ltd holds 8,218,182 shares and Mr Wynter Bee holds 270,631,818 in Kavango.
The aggregate sum of 278,850,000 shares represents approximately 7.6% of the company’s total voting rights.
Kavango owns gold exploration, development and production interests in Zimbabwe and copper exploration licences in Botswana.
