Critical Minerals PCA buys 524,400 shares

Critical Mineral Resources plc reported that a person closely associated with persons discharging managerial responsibilities has bought 524,409 ordinary shares, of 0.1 pence each, in the company.

VALUE

Alexie Crassas, investment manager / board observer for the company’s majority 29.9% shareholder Gilini Holdings, made the purchase on the market on 5 December 2025.

The acquisition was at 3.17p per share for an approximate £16,624.

Critical Minerals interests are currently focused on copper and silver exploration in Morocco.
