Fulcrum Metals plc has paid the final instalment of CAD$275,000 to acquire outright ownership of the Teck-Hughes gold mine tailings project in Kirkland Lake, Ontario, Canada.
NON-CYANIDE
As per the option agreement signed in 2023, the optionors will have a 3% net smelter return royalty.
Fulcrum may reduce the NSR royalty to 1.5% through a buy-back at any time.
The company will use its exclusive rights over Extrakt Process Solutions LLC and its associates’ non-cyanide leaching technology to extract metals from Teck-Hughes and the Sylvanite gold mine tailings.
