Corcel plc has issued 900 million placing shares, in connection with the £3.6m fundraise on 19 March.

Following admission, the company’s total issued share capital will comprise 9,415,475,996 ordinary shares, each with one voting righ.
The company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
Net proceeds will fund drilling Corcel’s first exploration well, KON‑16, in the Kwanza Basin in Angola, and potential further acquisitions.
