Central Asia Metals plc non-executive director Alison Baker has bought 7,545 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each in the company, at £1.325119 per share.

The 8 June 2026 transaction took place on the open market.
Following the purchase, Ms Baker owns a total of 14,209 shares, representing 0.008% of the issued share capital of the company, excluding shares held in treasury.
Central holds the Kounrad copper production project in Kazakhstan, the Sasa zinc-lead mine in North Macedonia, an investment in Aberdeen Minerals Ltd exploring for base metals in northeast Scotland.
The company recently acquired Cygnus Metals Ltd which owns the Chibougamau copper-gold project in Quebec, Canada.
