Conroy Gold and Natural Resources plc has raised £1,728,700 through a non-brokered private placement for 7,287,000 new ordinary shares of €0.001, at 10 pence per share.

Each fundraise share has one warrant attached to subscribe for one new ordinary share, at a price of 17 pence over the next two years.
The company said that those who took part in the placement were existing and new investors, and “primarily long-term value investors from North America”.
Ryan Matthiesen subscribed for three million fundraise shares, increasing his overall shareholding to 3,650,000 ordinary shares, equal to 5.04% of Conroy’s enlarged share capital.
Lowell Schmidt subscribed for 2.5m fundraise shares and will hold 3.45%.
On admission, the company’s total issued voting share capital will consist of 72,391,175 ordinary shares, each with one voting right.
Proceeds will be used for further geological work on Conroy’s Irish metals licences and general working capital.
