United Oil & Gas plc has issued 33 million shares of £0.00001 each in a warrants’ exercise at £0.001 per share, for £33,000.
The warrants were issued as part of the December 2024 fundraise.
The company said that, following the exercise, no £0.001 warrants remained outstanding.
On admission, United’s total voting rights will be 2,061,377,379.
The company’s main asset is the Walton Morant licence, offshore Jamaica.
