United issues 2.5m shares

United Oil & Gas plc has issued 2.5 million new ordinary shares of £0.00001 each in a warrants exercise at £0.0015 per share, for £3,750.

The warrants were issued as part of the company’s £700,000 fundraise in December 2024.

Following admission, United’s total voting rights will be 2,063,877,779.

The company owns the 22,400km2 Walton Morant licence, offshore southern Jamaica and holds a 26.25% interest in PL090 containing the Waddock Cross oil field in Dorset.
