United Oil & Gas plc has issued 12.5 million new ordinary shares of £0.00001 each in the company after receiving notices to exercise warrants at a price of £0.0015 per warrant share, for £18,750.

The warrants were issued as part of the December 2024 fundraise and received approval in January 2025.

Following admission, United’s share capital will comprise 2,028,377,779 ordinary shares of £0.00001 par value each, with voting rights.

The company is currently in talks over progressing a farm-out process for its 22,400km2 Walton Morant licence, offshore Jamaica.
