United Oil & Gas plc has issued a total of 1,552,532,979 new ordinary shares of £0.00001 each in a £2.33 million fundraise, following shareholders’ approval in a general meeting.

Each share from the 7 October conditional fundraise has one warrant attached, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
On admission the company’s total issued share capital comprised 4,065,855,202 ordinary shares of £0.00001, each with one vote.
United holds no shares in treasury.
Net proceeds will fund the company’s piston core survey and exploration and appraisal programme on the Walton Morant licence, offshore Jamaica.
