Panther Metals plc has raised a total of £55,569 in the retail offer for existing shareholders, for 92,616 new ordinary shares.

The retail offer, together with the 28 October placing of 1,092,616 new ordinary shares, has raised in aggregate £655,569.60.
Following admissoin, the company’s issued ordinary share capital will comprise 6,983,986 ordinary shares, with one voting right each.
Panther does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
Net proceeds will help produce a mineral resource estimate for the Winston polymetal tailings project in Ontario, Canada.
