Union Jack Oil plc non-executive director Craig Howie has bought 255,000 ordinary shares of five pence each in the company at a price of 4.868 pence per share.
HOLDING
The transaction follows his previous shares acquisition on 23 July of three million shares for £150,000.
Following the £12,413.40 purchase on 24 July, Mr Howie holds a total of 3,255,000 ordinary shares equivalent to 2.13% of the issued share capital in the company.
Union Jack holds oil development and production interests in the UK and USA.
