Tullow Oil plc independent non-executive director Sheila Khama will step down from the board from 1 August 2025.
Ms Khama will leave to focus on her other professional commitments and roles outside of Tullow.
“On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Sheila for her contribution and support over the last six years and wish her well in her future endeavors,” said chairman Phuthuma Nhleko.
Tullow’s exploration and development interests lie in Africa and South America.
