Tertiary directors buy total 28.6m shares

Tertiary Minerals plc directors have bought, in aggregate, 28,590,962 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the company.

HOLDINGS

Managing director Richard Belcher purchased 9,433,962 shares, taking his shareholding to 43,640,657, equal to 0.85% of the company’s issued share capital.

Executive chairman Patrick Cheetham bought 19,157,000 shares and, together with 2,843,625 held by K E Cheetham, now holds 137,192,857 (2.68%).

Following the 13 November purchases, Tertiary’s board of directors holds 4.08% of the company’s issued share capital.

Tertiary is exploring for copper in Zambia, base and precious metals in Nevada, USA, and fluorspar in Sweden.
