Red Rock CFO Scott Kaintz retires as a director

Red Rock Resources plc’s chief financial officer Scott Kaintz has retired as a director.

Mr Kaintz, expected to retire by rotation, was due offer himself for re-election at the company’s general meeting on 16 February.

The resolution was withdrawn and Mr Kaintz remains the CFO.

All other resolutions were passed on a show of hands.

Peak Nickel Ltd has appointed Michael Quigley as a director, effective from 20 October. Mr Quigley joins directors Stewart Lockwood, Anne Marie Mackenzie and Christopher Mackenzie. In September, Brian Timmons resigned as a director from the Sheffield-based company.

Europa CEO purchases 525,456 shares

Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc chief executive officer William Holland has bought 525,456 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the company at a price of 1.02 pence per ordinary share. Following the purchase, Mr Holland is beneficially interested in a total 3,893,300 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.406% of the Europa’s issued share capital.
