Sunrise Resources plc’s royalties investee Guardian Metal Resources plc plans to list on a US securities exchange during the first half of 2026.

Guardian will also hold an offering in the United States as part of its proposal.
Proceeds will further the company’s projects in Nevada, which include the Garfield copper-gold and Stonewall gold projects in the Walker Lake mineral belt.
Sunrise retained a 2% net smelter royalty interest in each of the two projects, as part of the sale in 2021.
Guardian has since placed Stonewall on hold in favour of other licences in its portfolio, namely the Pilot Mountain and Tempiute mine and mill tungsten project.
