Sunda Energy plc’s chief executive officer and an independent non-executive director have purchased, in total, 158 million ordinary shares of 0.025 pence each in the company.
On 16 June, Dr Andy Butler acquired 38m ordinary shares at a price of 0.025 pence per share for £9.500.
His total shareholding in Sunda is now 730,601,442 ordinary shares, representing 2.55% of its current voting rights.
On 17 June, Gerry Aherne bought 120m ordinary shares, each at an average price of 0.0274 for £32,880.
Mr Aherne now holds 180m ordinary shares in Sunda, representing 0.63% of its current voting rights.
Sunda holds gas interests in the Chuditch field, offshore Timor-Leste.
