Star Energy Group plc has raised £541,152.90 via a retail offer of 3,607,686 shares at a price of 15 pence per share.
ADMISSION
The sum adds to the £8.5 million raised through a placing and subscription on 1 May, taking the total fundraise to £9.1m.
The company has applied for the retail offer shares, 56,716,664 placing shares and 206,665 subscription shares, totalling 60,531,015 new ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on or around 19 May 2026.
Star will announce its total voting rights following admission.
The company holds onshore oil and gas interests in the East Midlands and the South of England, as well as shale gas exploration licences and geothermal interests.
