Scotgold Resources Ltd announced that Nathaniel (Nat) Le Roux is stepping down from his position as non-executive chairman.
Mr Le Roux had held the post since March 2015 when he recapitalised Scotgold and will remain on the board as a NED and major shareholder of the company.
Non-executive director (NED) Peter Heatherington has been appointed as his replacement with immediate effect.
Mr Hetherington has been a NED at Scotgold for three years and is an experienced director.
He was COO and CEO of FTSE 250 trading platform IG Group, and CEO at Schroders Personal Wealth.
