Rockhopper awards 1.7m incentive share options

Rockhopper Exploration plc has awarded a total of 1,700,057 share options to its chief executive and chief financial officers, under the company’s long term incentive plan 2025.

CRITERIA

On 1 July 2026 CEO Sam Moody received 997,044 options and CFO William Perry 703,013, through the shareholder-approved scheme.

The awards are subject to performance criteria including Rockhopper’s share price.

The company holds interests in the North Falkland Basin, notably the Sea Lion oil field, which has a final investment decision from operator and 65% owner Navitas Petroleum Ltd.
