Rockhopper Exploration plc senior independent director Alison Baker has sold 50,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the company at £0.47 per share for £23,532.10.
Following the sale on 3 and 4 June 2025, Ms Baker retains 234,181 shares, representing 0.036% of Rockhopper’s issued share capital.
The oil and gas explorer holds North Falkland Basin interests including the Sea Lion joint venture oil discovery with Israel’s Navitas Petroleum LP.
