Red Rock Resources plc non-executive director Sam Quinn has stepped down as non-executive director.

The company said that Mr Quinn had asked that his name not be put forward for re-election at the company’s general meeting on 19 February 2026.
“We are sorry to see Sam Quinn depart as a director, and are grateful for his valuable help and support through good times as through bad,” said chairman Andrew Bell.
Red Rock’s board now comprises Mr Bell and NED Michael Borrelli.
At the meeting, shareholders refused to authorise directors to allot 800 million ordinary shares, at 0.025 pence per share, to Challenge Holdings Ltd to convert £200,000 debt.
All other resolutions were approved.
