Red Rock issues 427m shares to settle debt

Red Rock Resources plc has issued 426,829,268 ordinary shares of £0.0001 each in the company to settle a £175,000 debt, at a price of 0.041p per share.

Following admission, the company’s issued ordinary share capital will total 7,096,889,518, each with equal voting rights.

The company holds no shares in treasury.

Red Rock, with assets in Africa and Australia, is currently awaiting finalisation of arbitration proceedings in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
