Red Rock Resources plc has issued 146,636,298 ordinary shares of £0.0001 each under its share incentive plan for the 2024-25 tax year as agreed by the trustees on 1 April 2025.

DIRECTORS
The company’s directors participated in the shares purchase and award of 82,943,994 of the new ordinary shares.
Chairman and chief executive Andrew Bell received 27,692,306 new ordinary shares and now holds in aggregrate 99,040,692 direct and indirect shares, equal to 1.48% of Red Rock’s enlarged issued share capital. He also holds 11 million options.
Non-executive director Alexander Borrelli received 27,692,306 shares taking his total held to 48,056,735 indirect shares (0.72%).
NED Sam Quinn received 27,559,382 shares and now holds direct and indirect shares totalling 65,170,373, representing 0.98% of the company’s enlarged issued share capital.
Indirect shares are held on a director’s behalf by Red Rock ‘s share incentive plan trustees.
Following admission of the 146,636,298 new ordinary shares, the company’s total issued share capital will comprise 6,670,060,250 ordinary shares, each with one voting right.
Red Rock does not hold any shares in treasury.
