Panther Metals plc has appointed Katherine (Katie) O’Reilly to the company’s executive board as chief financial officer, with immediate effect.
Ms O’Reilly’s experience covers finance, commercial, legal and human resources to support companies through all stages of their life.
She began her career as an auditor before moving into corporate finance, spending 11 years working in capital markets and transaction services.
For the past 10 years, Ms O’Reilly has held the roles of CFO and chief operating officer in publicly listed and private businesses.
She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
Ms O’Reilly also holds the Corporate Finance qualification from the ICAEW, which establishes a high level of expertise across international markets.
Panther has polymetal exploration licences and a gold tailings project in Ontario, Canada.
