Panther Metals plc has appointed Julien Bosche to its advisory board.
Mr Bosche has more than 16 years’ mining investment and private equity related experience, including merger and acquisition strategy, transaction execution and deal origination.
He was most recently part of the management team that led mining royalty company Trident Royalties from a small cash shell to a £144 million sale to Deterra Royalties.
Mr Bosche has held previous mining investment roles at a Swiss private equity fund and the International Finance Corporation, the private sector arm of the World Bank Group.
He began his career in the M&A team in Citigroup’s investment bank in New York City.
Mr Bosche holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from INSEAD.
