Kavango Resources raises £1.94 million through placing

Kavango Resources plc has raised £1.94 million through the placing of 35,272,727 new ordinary shares at a price of 5.5p.

 A one-for-one warrant has been issued to all placing participants, at 8.5p per share for a period of two years.
