Kavango issues 36.6m shares

Kavango Resources plc will issue 36,596,469 new ordinary shares to Comarton Consultants (Private) Ltd ATF and six pension funds, under the Comarton managed pension funds investments consortium.

The shares issue, at £0.01 per shares, follows those in April and September 2025 and in January 2026.

The total number of Consortium pension funds invested in Kavango now stands at 13 which, on admission, will have a combined holding of 179,977,379 ordinary shares, including the Comarton shares.

Kavango said that tranches four and five should be drawn down on or before 31 August 2026.

On admission to the main market of the London Stock Exchange before transfer to the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange, the company’s total issued share capital will comprise 4,402,636,126 ordinary shares.

Of these, 831,177,585 ordinary shares, each with one vote, are secondary listed on the VFEX.

Kavango does not hold any shares in treasury.

The company holds gold exploration and production assets in southern Zimbabwe and district-scale copper exploration licences in the Kalahari Copper Belt, northwest Botswana.
