Mr Smith is also a director of the Research by British Lithium Ltd, along with his accountant father Roderick Smith and Peter Long.

Andrew Smith is the chief executive officer, Roderick Smith is the chairman and Peter Long is a director of British Lithium Ltd.

The company was incorporated in the British Virgin Islands as a limited liability private company and opened its first UK establishment in November 2018.
