Helium One Global Ltd has issued 410,714,286 new ordinary shares after receiving conversion notices totalling £1,725,000, in relation to the July 2025 fundraise.

The conversion price of 0.42p is a discount of approximately 10.6% to the closing mid-price of the company’s existing ordinary shares on 28 August.
Following admission, Helium One’s issued ordinary share capital will comprise 7,014,526,636 ordinary shares, each with one voting right.
The company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
Helium One’s projects are in the southern Rukwa basin, Tanzania and in Colorado, USA.
