Guardian Metal Resources plc has issued 3,456,473 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each following notices to exercise warrants at 17p per warrant share for total a £587,600.41.

TVRs

Following admission, the company’s issued share capital will comprise 134,338,352 ordinary shares of one pence each.

The number also represents the total voting rights in Guardian.
